Sault Ste. Marie Hosts 10th Annual Michigan Paranormal Convention

People curious about the unknown gathered in Sault Ste. Marie for the 10th Annual Michigan Paranormal Convention.

More than 1,000 paid to see the biggest names in the paranormal industry.

The three-day event wrapped up on Saturday.

Television stars and speakers covered enthusiast topics like psychic abilities, ghost hunting, demonology and more.

There were also plenty of vendors on hand to discuss the occult and theories.

Interest in paranormal topics continues to grow thanks to exposure on TV and events like the convention.

“You have over 1,000 people coming together to share experiences, connecting the dots,” said attendee Adam Berry. “That’s the only way you are going to find answers, by talking to each other and figuring out who has had the same experiences as you and seeing if that makes any sense to anybody.”

The Mystery Machine from beloved cartoon series “Scooby-Doo” made a special appearance along with the Ecto-1 from “Ghostbusters”.
