TC Whiskey Co. Bringing “Whiskey of the North” to ‘The Outpost’

This (early) “Whiskey Sour Day” we are welcoming back our friends from Traverse City Whiskey Co.

They’re bringing their “Whiskey of the North” to the Heritage House Kitchen to make their Cherry Sour Recipe.

Plus, we’re learning all about their expansion project – ‘The Outpost’ – in Greater Detroit on Woodward Ave.

Here’s the Cherry Sour Recipe:

  •  1 and 3/4 oz American Cherry Edition Whiskey
  • 2 oz Homemade Sour Mix (all fresh citrus with water)
  • 3/4 oz Homemade Simple Syrup
  • Lime/Orange Wedge
  1. First muddle fruit and simple syrup.
  2. Add ice, remaining ingredients and shake.
  3. Pour into glass and garnish with Traverse City Whiskey Premium Cocktail Cherry.
