Mixed Melon Summer Charcuterie Board

Ingredients:

  • ½ Small Watermelon, cut into wedges
  • ½ Small Cantaloupe, cut into wedges
  • 8 oz. Prosciutto or Parma ham, thin sliced and rolled
  • ½ English Cucumber, sliced
  • 8 oz. feta, chunks
  • 8 oz. farmer’s cheese, sliced
  • ½ C Olive mix
  • Basil leaves, mint leaves

Directions:

Arrange on large board. Serve with crackers or sliced crusty bread.
