The Tractive GPS 3G Tracker is the perfect tracking collar for your outdoor explorers. Just attach the device to your furry friend’s collar, and you can locate your four-legged friend from nearly anywhere on the planet.

This waterproof device’s electronic virtual fence instantly notifies you when your pet leaves a defined safe area, such as your backyard. The tracking feature gives you real-time location of your pet, and updates every three seconds.

You can even see where your pet has been in the recent past. Tractive GPS collars can be used with both cats and dogs and runs about $70.

For those looking to skip the monthly app subscription fee, consider checking out Findster Duo+. With this device, you can define a safe area around your pet, and it will notify you if your pet leaves it.

The waterproof and shock-resistant tracker also acts as an activity monitor. The Findster Duo+ starts at $150 and is recommended for pets weighing more than eight pounds.
