NTSB: Too Much Weight, Weather Conditions Contribute to Plane Crash
The NTSB is now releasing what they believe led to an Isabella County plane crash.
The NTSB says in a preliminary report that the plane was 70-pounds overweight when it crashed.
Those on board also said weather was not the best that day.
It was so windy that it took four attempts to takeoff.
That also could have played a role in the crash.
The pilot and passenger on board survived the plane crash.
