Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday: Pollo, Bruce & Luna

It’s Adopt a Pet Tuesday on Michigan This Morning!

This week we have Pollo, Bruce and Luna– just three of Northern Michigan’s many great, adoptable animals waiting for a loving family to take them home.

Pollo is a 13-month-old brindle pit mix.

This guy is still a youngster and he definitely still has a lot of energy.

He loves playing with kids and other dogs alike.

Pollo would do best in a home that likes being outside and stays active.

Pollo is all up-to-date on his shots and is neutered.

If you’d like to give Pollo a belly rub you can find him at the Great Lakes Humane Society in Traverse City.

Up next we have Bruce!

Bruce is a 3-year-old terrier mix.

This little cutie is as lovable as they come, but he is pretty timid to strangers and can be scared easily.

It may take him a few days to warm up to someone.

Bruce does well with other dogs, but the sheter says the terrier in him makes him not so great with cats.

You can see Bruce by appointment at H.A.N.D.D.S. to the Rescue in Traverse City.

And last but not least, we have Luna.

This sweet thing is a 16-year-old Americana shorthaired.

Don’t let her age fool you, she may be getting up there but she still has plenty of energy.

Luna does have a few health issues but nothing serious.

She’s all up-to-date on her shots and is spayed.

If you’d like to meet Luna, you can head to the Animal Rescue Coalition of Mecosta County in Big Rapids.

Tune in to MTM each Tuesday at 5:20 a.m. and 8:50 a.m. for more lovable Northern Michigan pets in search of families of their own!
