Nearly 100 swimmers dove into the beautiful Grand Traverse Bay on Saturday for the
The swim is one of the regions only point to point swims- starting in Grelickville Park and ending at the sand volleyball courts near downtown Traverse City.
And 9&10’s Caroline Klapp was there to report and to compete!
It benefits the , a nonprofit which works to protect the regions water.
More than 70 swimmers competed this year, raising more than $19,000 for the Watershed.
And for some parents to be, this day had a very special meaning.
