Fed. Grand Jury to Rule on Rep. Inman’s Request for Case Dismissal

Rep. Larry Inman is expected to be back in a Grand Rapids federal courtroom today for a hearing to dismiss his case.

The state lawmaker represents Grand Traverse County.

Back in May, a federal grand jury indicted Inman for lying to the FBI and attempted bribery and extortion.

He’s accused of trying to sell his vote.

Inman denies any wrongdoing.

His legal team is now pushing to have the case dismissed.
