Fustini’s, Iron Fish Distillery Team Up to Create Honey Vinegar

What do bees and bourbon have in common? Vinegar!

Fustini’s Oil and Vinegar teamed up with Iron Fish Distillery to concoct their new Fustini’s Iron Fish Honey Vinegar!

The honey is made by local bees in hives on the Betsie River in Thompsonville.

It’s been infused into Fustini’s white balsamic vinegar.

The new flavor was debuted Thursday evening at Fustini’s in Thompsonville, where the two businesses celebrated their local partnership.

“Super proud of our collaboration with a variety of folks who are focusing on local food, great taste and highlighting the region. So this is about as Pure Michigan as it gets,” said Richard Anderson, co-owner of Iron Fish Distillery.

The new vinegar is available for sale and for sampling at Fustini’s.
