They’re a Traverse City staple cooking up everything from fresh salads to homemade soups and baked goods. The Dish Café on Union Street in Traverse City specializes in on to go lunches to sit down dinners and they’re in the Heritage House kitchen cooking up some of their famous summer dishes.
As of 2017, the Dish extended their dinner hours and started serving beer, wine and special cocktails. Owners of the Dish Cafe, and a husband and wife team, Patty Hickman and Randy Waclawski opened their doors to Traverse City in 2007.
