Troopers Arrest Man for Indecent Exposure in Traverse City

State police say a trooper subdued and arrested a man who wasn’t wearing any pants in Traverse City.

James Colson is charged with indecent exposure, resisting police and being a repeat offender.

It started last Friday when the trooper says they saw Colson walking down Division Street unclothed from the waist down.

They say Colson was stopping cars and slamming his hands on the hoods.

Police say Colson would not listen to commands.

So they and another officer had to subdue him before arresting him.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor.
