Wellness for the Family: Eat the Rainbow “Red”

Wellness for the Family with Registered Dietitian of , Grace Derocha, is starting a new series here at the Heritage House on ‘the four’ and we are going to be eating our way through the rainbow for the next couple of months.

This week kicked off their segment with Michelle Dunaway and they are starting at red.

From strawberries and tomatoes to dragon fruit and watermelon, they dove deeper into making healthy snacks to share with the whole family and guests.

They made a great appetizer with the large variety of red fruits and vegetables as well as mozzarella, salami, ham, and basil.

The mini kabobs were a perfect snack to kick-off their ‘Eat the Rainbow’ series and you won’t want to miss what we have next week.
