Watch it Live: Mueller’s Testimony on 9&10 News

Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller is testifying before two house committees Wednesday morning at 8:30.

He’s set to answer questions about his investigative report on Russian interference in the 2016 election.

The investigation led to criminal indictments against nearly 40 people and companies, including President Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

According to Mueller’s 448-page report, the special counsel did not find evidence of conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia.

But it did lay out several acts of potential Obstruction of Justice by President Trump.

Many Democrats believe the hearing has the potential to change public perception about President Trump’s alleged criminal conduct.

But many Republicans are saying the testimony is a waste of time. Mueller has made it clear he won’t say anything that isn’t already in the report.

The testimony will mark only the second time the public will hear directly from Mueller about the Russia investigation.

The hearing begins at 8:30 a.m.

9&10 News will have live coverage on local 32 and also be live streaming the hearing here.
