Developers Will Not Appeal Tall Building Decision
Traverse City developers will not appeal the decision that nixed their plans of building condos downtown.
The 326 Land Company wanted to build a 100-foot-tall building downtown.
It was put to a vote in November and people in Traverse City said no.
The company challenged that vote in court and ultimately Judge Power in Grand Traverse County said they couldn’t build downtown.
The attorney from Save Our Downtown said 326 Land Company has abandoned their efforts to appeal that decision.
