Cadillac, Townships Expected to Reach Finalized Agreement on Cadillac Junction

Monday night could be the moment Cadillac and neighboring townships have been waiting years for: a finalized agreement on the Cadillac Junction property.

Monday night at 6 there will be a public hearing

The junction project started 12 years ago at the property on M-55 at U.S. 131, east of Cadillac.

A gas station and Tim Horton’s already sit there, along with an empty but already built building.

Other projects were put on hold because of land disputes between the city and Clam Lake and Haring townships.

Monday, Cadillac’s city council will vote to transfer the property from Clam Lake to Cadillac.
