She said the best way to plan out the healthiest day is to check out the venue and determine if you can bring your own food in. This can help you not only save money, but also help you stay healthy.

One thing that people tend to forget about during the summer is that the heat plays a factor in dehydration, so keep water with you at all times and keep drinking it to stay hydrated. Many venues even let you bring in empty water bottles to fill when you get into the concert.

Packing things like fruits and vegetables will definitely help with you energy levels as well make for an easy snack.

It’s also a great idea to track your steps at a concert or festival to keep up on your calories burned.
