Wellness for the Family: Workaholics Day

No one is going to be lying on their death bed saying they wished they would have worked more, so take a break once in a while and enjoy a break from work.

Today is National Workaholics Day and we are talking all about taking a break with Registered Dietitian Grace Derocha from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in this week’s Wellness for the Family.

From taking a vacation to scheduling some ‘you time’ during your day, any kind of break can be beneficial and there are real health benefits.
