Interlochen Center for the Arts: Green Award

Every year, states are allowed to nominate schools who are taking the initiative when it comes to environmental action.

Then, one school receives the green ribbon schools award from the U.S. Department of Education.

This year, Michigan’s winner is the Interlochen Center for the Arts, for the huge strides they’ve made in just a short time.

A lot of the credit really goes to one faculty member though, that we got a chance to meet.
