Tin Can Tourists Celebrate Centennial at Interlochen State Park
Tin Can Tourists held an open house in Interlochen on Saturday, June 22. People could come check out dozens of vintage trailers and coaches, ranging in age from the 1920s to the 80s. Not only could attendees see these original tiny homes, but also got to meet the people who lovingly restored them.
Forrest Bone, Tiny Can Tourists President, said, “All of these old vintage trailers have been found and somebody’s done something to them.” Bone said the club is open to all. “Doesn’t matter if you have a vintage trailer or a new trailer, whatever you have as long as you come and enjoy that’s the only requirement really.”
