Northern Michigan From Above: Freighter Hauls Wind Turbine Towers in the Soo

Shipping season on the St. Marys River in Sault Ste. Marie is in full-swing. 

About a dozen freighters passed through the Soo locks on Tuesday, and one caught the attention of photojournalist Jim Lehocky.

The Happy River was hauling wind turbine towers to Duluth, Minnesota.
