State Police: Be on the Look Out for Wanted Man in Missaukee Co. Area

Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for Leslie Robinson.

They say he is wanted and on the loose right now in the Missaukee County area.

Police called off their perimeter search for Leslie Robinson.

They say he is wanted for violating parole.

He also has a history of running from police.

This search started earlier Tuesday when a deputy noticed a vehicle connected to Robinson in a field off Seely Road near East 50 Road.

That’s in Richland Township.

State police tell us the search has been called off for now because there wasn’t enough evidence to prove Les Robinson was still in this area.

Troopers believe Robinson could also be with a woman.

They have not said who or how she and Robinson know each other.

State police say he’s no stranger to them.

Back in 2016, we told you Robinson was wanted for several months for running a meth lab and assaulting a police officer.

At that time he was considered armed and dangerous.

Right now police are asking everyone to stay vigilant and remind you to always keep your homes and cars locked.

Anyone with information on where Robinson could be should call the Missaukee County Sheriff’s Office.
