General Motors Spending $150 Million to Make More Trucks at Flint Plant

Auto maker General Motors says it will be spending $150 million to make more trucks at its Flint plant.

The money will go towards improvements to the factory’s conveyor system and other equipment.

GM’s Flint plant builds heavy duty Chevy Silverados and GMC Sierra pickups.

However, the upgrades are not expected to add any new jobs.

The company said earlier this year they’d add 1,000 workers to the location.
