Case Against Cadillac High School Student Accused of Making Threat On Hold

The case against a Cadillac High School student accused of threatening the school and students is now on hold.

That’s because the Wexford County prosecutor is asking the attorney general to appoint a special prosecutor to the case.

Seventeen-year-old Kaiden George was charged as an adult with making a threat to commit violence against a school.

We learned Tuesday one of the alleged victims in the case is the daughter of a courthouse employee and former secretary of the prosecutor.

The case is now on hold while the attorney general reviews the request.
