Veterans who need financial help may have to wait around 60 days before they receive assistance, but not with Veterans in Crisis.
The nonprofit helps provide veterans with immediate assistance in no more than 24 hours.
They cover 21 counties in Northern Michigan.
Veterans in Crisis has an online auction coming up to benefit the program, and it is this year’s beneficiary for the annual Traverse City Patriot Game.
Veterans in Crisis is on ‘the four’ this week to talk about all they do for Northern Michigan.
