Grant Me Hope: Serinity

Serinity is a spunky and energetic 16 year old who loves music and beauty.

She is ready for her forever home with a family with kids her age and people who will care for her.

“Adoption is about love, care, a home, and a family,” she says.

Serinity’s best friends describe her as hilarious, smart and confident.

But this girl-on-the-go also has a sweet tooth, and a particular love for ice cream.

And she enjoys sports immensely.

“I run fast and I want to do track, plus I like gym, but I have to get used to it again,” she says. “But I want to do cheerleading and track.”

When the music hits her right, Serinity likes to dance in her room.

“I love music. I love Beyonce and Fantastia, I like drake,” she says.

More than anything, what Serinity most wants is a family.

“I want a mom and a dad, or just a mom,” she says.

Grant Me Hope is a collaboration between WWTV, Michigan Adoption Resource Exchange and the business community — all working together to find foster children a forever home.
