Search Crews Still Looking For Two Missing After Illinois Chemical Plant Explosion

Search and recovery efforts are still underway in Waukegan, Illinois after a catastrophic explosion at a chemical plant.

A massive blast at AB Specialty Silicones killed two people and left two more unaccounted for Friday evening.

Search crews worked through Saturday in efforts to find those still missing but searches were suspended after concerns over the building’s stability.

Sunday specialized equipment was brought in to dismantle dangerous parts of the building to continue search efforts.

An investigation is being launched to figure out what caused the deadly blast.
