Jeepers Gather in Mesick for 18th Annual Blessing of the Jeeps

What more could any Jeeper want?

Thousands of people gathered in Mesick Saturday for the 18th Annual Blessing of the Jeeps.

The event happens every year the weekend before Mother’s Day.

Off-road lovers of all ages came to the event from all over the state.

People got to enjoy lots of food, off-road courses and a bounce house.

Of course, there was also a blessing of safety to start this year’s off-road season.

“They had about a thousand Jeepers last year and I think they are getting a little bit more and they are improving on their courses. What can I say? It is a blast,” said Anthony Rivard, a Jeep driver.

The Mesick High School Marching Band performed the National Anthem at this year’s event.
