Raid on Grand Traverse Co. Home Finds $20,000 Worth of Crystal Meth

Police say they found $20,000 worth of crystal meth, a loaded unregistered handgun and nearly $2,000 in fake money in a Grand Traverse County Home.

Now two people face charges.

The Traverse Narcotics Team and the sheriff’s office say they made the discovery after searching a home on Astro Drive in Blair Township Tuesday.

Nicole Hastings of Traverse City and Brian Conrad of Grand Rapids appeared in court.

They’re facing charges for running a drug house, dealing meth and felony firearm.

Police say they found them with about eight ounces of crystal meth along with $1,800 in counterfeit money.
