For some, Big Green Egg charcoal barbecue cookers are their favorite way to “serve up” so you can plate up.

It’s grilling season, and this weekend you can be part of the at Treetops Resort.

This second annual cooking competition tests what people can do with their Big Green Egg charcoal grills.

Participants are advised to come hungry on May 4 for an “eggfest” of epic proportions.

Cooks bring their best recipes and techniques to cook on provided Big Green Egg grills. Tasters show up to judge the results, and can win door prizes along the way.

And live music and adult beverages will keep the party lively from noon to 4 p.m.
