Ludington High School Starting New Oriole Work-Based Learning Academy

Ludington High School is starting a new program the first of its kind in Michigan to help their students.

Starting this fall, the school will be implementing the Oriole Work-Based Learning Academy.

It promotes an online and work-based learning experience that will allow students to get a high school diploma and then enter directly into the work force.

The program includes home visits from school staff to provide any necessary support.

Students taking part in the program are also required to visit the school at least once a week.

Students have to apply to join the academy.

Enrollment will be open starting May 15.
