Children Hunt for Over 12,000 Eggs at Lifehouse Church in Cadillac
The sunshine and blue skies made for ‘egg-selent’ egg hunting conditions.
Hundreds of children came to Lifehouse Church in Cadillac Saturday morning.
They dove right in to find their share of more than 12,000 candy-filled eggs.
From infants to 12-year-olds. there was a chance for everyone to join in on the fun.
Lifehouse Church says this year’s weather was unbeatable, and it made the event extra special.
A fun surprise for some kids, a select number of eggs had golden tickets inside, which the kids could turn in to claim a prize.
“I passed eggs to kids, cause I want other kids to have some,” says five-year-old participant Joshua.
“And we really put it on because we love our community and its great weather and anything to bring out our community to come together and just have a good time,” Pastor Tom Mattiuzzo said.
Lifehouse Church has Easter services at 9 and 11 Sunday morning.
