Ford Recalls 327K Pickup Trucks Again to Fix Engine Heater Cables

Ford is recalling more than 300,000 pickups so they can fix engine heater cables for a second time.

The problem can cause fires if it’s not fixed.

Ford recalled more than 800,000 trucks in December because water was getting into the cables.

About 300,000 owners took their trucks to dealers, but inspections may have actually damaged the cables.

The recall affects Ford F-150s from 2015 to 2019, and Ford Super Duty pickup trucks from 2017 to 2019.
