Parkinson’s disease is a degenerative, progressive disorder that affects movement. Often with stiffness and tremors.

And it affects an estimated seven to 10 million people worldwide.

Registered Dietitian Grace Derocha, with , explains how early signs and symptoms can be different, along with effective treatments that include changes to your diet.

“I want to remind people that here at Blue Cross, we are very passionate about this,” she says. “We want to help fight it, we want to help bring awareness to it so that we can help people who do have Parkinson’s disease.”
