We’re watching the last of the snow melt, and golf lovers off all ages are just itching to get out to swing their clubs.
in Gaylord is encouraging locals to sign up for this season’s leagues.
Director Kevin McKinley says even the kids can get involved.
“Our Monday nights are PGA Jr. League,” he says. “The whole idea here is to think little league, but for golf. So we put them on teams and they play every single week. We also have practices with PGA professional coaches.”
Anyone who wants to sign up can do it now, registration is open.
But it’s not just the kiddos who have tempting opportunities at Treetops.
Tuesday nights are also special for the Men’s League, Wednesday is for the Military Leagues and Thursday goes to the ladies.
“The cool thing, too, is in one of those leagues we offer you discounts for the other days of the week if you want come out and enjoy Treetops,” McKinley says.
