College for Kids: Summer Programs at Northwestern Michigan College

From Harry Potter and Legos to robotics and art, young learners can explore it all this summer.

Northwestern Michigan College’s College for Kids program is full of ways to keep your littles busy learning and having fun when they’re out of school.

Kid’s ages 3 to 17 are encouraged to sign up and learn.

NMC’s Laura Matchett says they offer a wide range of classes for kids this summer. Here are just a few:

  • Coding and programming classes.
  • Robotics
  • Art classes
  • Hogwarts Express

NMC also has a Kids on Campus Week where middle school and junior high students can sign up for a morning class and an afternoon class in the university center and experience life on a college campus.
