They say John Hill was shot in the back of the head.

Hill’s brother told us he was alive when taken to the hospital Thursday.

Now, Andrea and Craig Lake are both charged with armed robbery and felony firearm.

Andrea also faces assault with intent to murder because police believe she fired the shots.

“She discharged or several shots were discharged, and the gentleman was struck in the head with one of those shots. This is literally short of murder, the most serious offense you can have, so she swung for the fences with her first felony, I suppose,” said Christopher Hekman, assistant chief prosecuting attorney.

Andrea’s bond was set at $500,000, while Craig’s was set at $250,000.

State police believe the situation was drug related.
