10 More Cases of Measles Confirmed in Oakland County

The state Health and Human Services Department says 10 more cases of measles have popped up in Oakland County.

That now makes it 18 cases since March 13 in the Detroit area.

The state says more people have been exposed this month in Detroit, Oak Park, Farmington Hills, Royal Oak and other communities.

State health officials last year urged people to get vaccinated after confirming several measles cases in the state.

They’re continuing to urge vaccinations following this month’s cases.
