Traverse City Police Arrest Stabbing Suspect

Traverse City police say they have arrested a homeless man who stabbed another man.

Police say the stabbing happened near the foot bridge Saturday, but arrested the stabbing suspect Sunday night in the same location.

Police say he had several warrants out for his arrest, including a warrant for not registering as a sex offender and destroying property.

The victim was stabbed in or near his lip and is expected to survive.
