Vanderbilt to Consider Proposal to Allow 22 Recreational Marijuana Businesses

One Otsego County community will consider a citizen-led ballot initiative to allow 22 recreational marijuana establishments.

Thursday night the village of Vanderbilt will discuss the citizen referendum with their lawyer about to proceed.

The village council meeting starts at 7 p.m. at Vanderbilt’s Village Hall.

Vanderbilt opted out of recreational marijuana March 4.

The public is invited to attend the meeting.

We have a crew at the meeting and will break down the proposal and have reaction from the community on 9&10 News at 11.
