Impact 100 Traverse City Looking to Fund 3 Nonprofits With Grants Worth More Than $100K

For the first time ever, Impact 100 Traverse City is funding three local nonprofits with grants worth more than $100,000 each.

The group says it exceeded its membership goal for this year, and more than 300 women donated $1,000 toward the effort.

The organization says it will be able to give grants to three of the five focus areas of arts & culture, education, environment & recreation, family, and health & wellness.

Nonprofits in Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau counties are encouraged to apply for a grant by the April 30 deadline.

Three grant recipients will be selected in October.
