Gabe has been hard at work for years perfecting his frozen custard recipe.
The best part is you know what’s in it. He ran with the basics – milk, egg yolks, sugar and cream then decided to add his own personal touch bringing innovative flavors like burnt honey and butter popcorn to the market!
“Our focus is frozen custard done the old fashion way. No stabilizers, no additives… Anything like that. Very minimalist ingredients and then from there we have fun with flavors. Things you might not see on the store shelf,” says Lava.
The finished product is so good that he decided to put his name on it!
“It is something everyone can relate to and enjoy. It’s a means for celebration, a mean’s for relaxation – there’s so many things that frozen custard can lend itself to brightening up your day,” says Lava.
