Jamesport Brewing Company stopped by the Heritage House Kitchen today to cook up some yummy Tuscan Asiago Chicken!

Tuscan Asiago Chicken

6 oz Chicken Breast(pan seared)

– Flour
– Basil
– Oregano
– Thyme
– Onion
– Garlic
– Salt
– Pepper

Deglaze spinach and sun-dried tomatoes with white wine

Asiago Sauce:
– Shallot
– Garlic
– Butter
– Flour
– Heavy cream
– Asiago cheese
– White wine
– Salt and pepper to taste

Serve this dish over a bed of lightly sautéed spaghetti squash and zucchini for a healthy twist!
