Charlie & the Chef: Melt-In-Your-Mouth Crab Boil

WHAT YOU NEED:

3 redskin potatoes

1 ear of corn, sliced in two

8 shrimp

2 kielbasa, sliced into pieces

1/2 lb mussels, cleaned and prepared.

1 crab cluster

1 stick of butter

1 garlic bulb

liquid boil seasoning mix

 

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Parboil the potatoes and corn.

In a large stockpot, add water and liquid boil seasoning mix, bring to a boil.

Add all ingredients save for butter and a bit of the garlic.

Combine butter and some of the garlic in a small pot, melt and incorporate.

After 15 minutes, the boil should be ready!

Toss into garlic butter and serve!
