Adopt A Pet Tuesday: Peanut, Iris & Scooter
It’s Adopt A Pet Tuesday on Michigan This Morning, we have three pets looking for a warm place to call their home.
First up is Peanut.
She’s a four-year-old pit bull terrier mix.
Peanut is such a sweetheart and is good with dogs, cats and kids.
She loves stuffed toys, playing fetch and snuggling with her people.
Peanut will need to be kept active if she gets too bored, she’ll look for fun things to do like chew things, get in the trash or see what’s on the counter.
If you’d like to meet Peanut, she’s at the HANDDS to the Rescue in Traverse City.
Next, meet Iris.
This one-year-old tabby cat is looking for love and treasure.
She’s bold, friendly and curious
She loves to explore and conqueror new territory.
Iris is ready for adventure and for your loving heart she’s waiting for you at the AuSable Valley Animal Shelter in Grayling.
Last up is Scooter.
He’s a short coat Chihuahua.
He’s a sweet little guy in every way except when it comes to being picked up, then he morphs into somewhat of a snapping turtle. Unless you’re one of the lucky one who he allows to hold him.
When he has all four on the floor, he’s the best little dog ever, if you can live with that, Scooter is at the Little Traverse Bay Humane Society in Harbor Springs.
