Grant Me Hope: Sativa

A girl with a heart of gold, who has some big aspirations in life.

Meet Sativa, she is a 14 year old going into the going into the eighth grade with a heart of gold.

She loves knitting and reading sci-fi novels, but one thing she really loves is lending a helping hand. She even aspires to be a biomedical engineer so that she make a difference.

“My biggest goal would be to design something that the doctors actual use because it is like you are actually saving someone’s life,” she says.

Sativa is even active in her community now, and does whatever she can to put a smile on other people’s face.

“I like to volunteer at soup kitchens and help out when people are in need. Helping others makes me really happy,” said sativa “I am really active in the community I like marches and protesting stuff. If I feel like speaking my mind.”

Definitely mature beyond her years.

She is a girl that wants and deserves to be in a family that loves her.

Grant Me Hope is a collaboration between WWTV, Michigan Adoption Resource Exchange and the business community — all working together to find foster children a forever home.
