21-Year-Old Who Killed 5 in Florida Bank Shooting to Appear in Court

The man who opened fire inside a Florida bank killing five people is expected to appear in court on Thursday.

Police say 21-year-old Zephen Xaver walked into a Sun Trust Bank in Sebring, Florida and started firing just after 12 p.m. on Wednesday.

Police say the suspect called central dispatch saying “I have shot five people.”

The five victims were the only people inside the bank.

When police arrived Xaver wouldn’t come out of the building.

SWAT eventually took him into custody.

A neighbor that knows the suspect says he has not shown any signs of violence before.
