Cadillac Footliters Get $3K Grant for New Microphones

The Cadillac Footliters, a local musical theatre group, will see some improvements thanks to a $3,000 grant from the Cadillac Area Community Foundation.

With this money, the group plans to buy six new wireless headset microphones.

They say they’re excited to improve the experience for their audience and raise the level of performances they bring to the community.

The group usually performs at Cadillac High School.

“The footliters are excited to continue our involvement in the community and this is just another way we’re working with the community and the community is working with us,” said Joseph Baumann, the president of the Cadillac Footliters.

The Cadillac Footliters can be seen next at the Elks performing ‘The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime” the weekend of Jan. 26.
