Hunter Charged Following Opening Day Deadly Shooting

Investigators believe they now know who is responsible for shooting a hunter back on opening day.

David Barber is charged with involuntary manslaughter, having a firearm, and careless discharge of a weapon. Investigators say Barber shot and killed Justen Beutel back in Nov. while hunting.

Investigators say he mistook Beutel for a deer. The DNR says the two did not know each other.
