Impact Traverse City Recruits Women to Make a Difference

You can be a part of something big this year in Traverse City.

Impact 100 is looking for women of all ages, backgrounds and interests to help transform their communities.

Impact Traverse City is all about collective giving in Grand Traverse, Antrim, Kalkaska, Leelanau, and Benzie Counties.

The strategy is simple.

One-hundred women each donate $1,000–then they award $100,000 in grant money to one Northern Michigan charity organization.

After a very successful 2018, the group was able to give two non-profits $123,500 each!

There are two recruitment events this year, one is tomorrow night at Firefly Kitchen & bar in Traverse City from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Another is Thursday, Jan. 24, at Grand Traverse Pie Co. on West Front Street from 9:30 until 11 a.m.
