Sports Clips Across Nation Offering ‘Haircuts for Heroes’ on Veteran’s Day

Sports Clips across the country are offering an opportunity to get a new ‘do’ while also giving back to a good cause.

They are giving $1 from every haircut on Veteran’s Day on Sunday to the “Help a Hero” program.

The program awards scholarships to active service members and veterans.

Active military members and veterans will be able to receive free haircuts at Sports Clips haircuts on Veteran’s Day.

Jordan Davis, a manager at the Mount Pleasant Sports Clips says it’s just a small way to give back.

“We do a raffle as well so they can enter into our drawing and maybe win a little something as well. They gave the ultimate sacrifice so for us, we just want to give back and do a little something for them as well,” says Davis.

If you can’t make it out for a haircut, Sports Clips haircuts stores all across the country are also collecting donations right now through Sunday for the “Help a Hero” program.

The Mount Pleasant location hopes to raise $1,700 total.
